Exchange policy
You are entitled to exchange your order within 30 days if it is found to be defective.
The deadline for exchanges is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of exchange, you must inform us by means of a clear statement. Please express in the statement what is defective with the item. (Photos are helpful.)

We will exchange the item(s) you return no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. There is a no refund policy for good received. (If they are received damaged, we will, of course, replace them.)

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
